Tara J Adhikari, MD, FACR

Dr. Adhikari is a board-certified rheumatologist with over 15 years of experience serving the Tri-State community. She specializes in diagnosing and managing a wide range of arthritis and autoimmune rheumatic diseases.
Dr. Adhikari completed her internal medicine residency at Rosalind Franklin University/Chicago Medical School, followed by a rheumatology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. As a proud fellow of the American College of Rheumatology, she is deeply passionate about medical education and actively mentors the next generation of healthcare professionals. Dr. Adhikari plays a pivotal role in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Jewish and Mercy Anderson hospitals and serves as core faculty at Mercy Fairfield’s Internal Medicine Residency Program.
Recognized for her clinical excellence, Dr. Adhikari has been consistently named one of the top rheumatologists in the Cincinnati area and has been featured in Cincinnati Magazine. Above all, she is committed to providing individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to all her patients.
Dr. Adhikari is affiliated with Mercy Health and Christ Hospital systems, with her practice serving patients across the Tri-State area. Over the years, she has recognized the importance of timely access to rheumatology care and has structured her schedule to accommodate new patients within 1-2 weeks.
Outside of patient care, Dr. Adhikari is a strong advocate for health and wellness. She enjoys staying active with her husband and two sons, and together, they prioritize physical fitness and quality family time.

Kimberly Murray PA- C

Kim Murray, P-AC is a compassionate Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience in diverse medical settings. Over the course of her career, she developed a strong interest in rheumatology, arthritis care, and biologic treatments—especially for autoimmune conditions. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Neuroscience focus from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.
She joined Cincy Arthritis in March 2024, where she collaborates with Dr. Adhikari to provide comprehensive care and manage complex medical conditions. Her focus is on slowing disease progression and improving the quality of life for patients with arthritis and autoimmune diseases.
Kim is an active member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Rheumatology Health Professional Alliance (RhAPP). Outside of patient care, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through fitness.
